This website is for community building and co-creation of the MCPC2009 conference event. On the website the participants are able to create and edit their own profile. Participants are also able to submit paper outlines. The outlines become visible on the website during the co-creation process.
By registering and submitting outlines on conference website, participants are able to influence the content of the conference and to find matching interest areas. The website is used for the scheduling and to encourage participating in the conversation on the fields of conference topics. In general, you can visit the MCPC2009 website anonymously and without revealing any personal information.
Information provided by the user
Personal information that you provide to MCPC2009 by means of registration through MCPC2009 website is dealt with in accordance to this privacy policy. The user's given personal data is used only for matching the user’s expressed interest and to inform the user about the MCPC2009 –conference related issues.
User obligation
The user must register and supply all of the requested information correctly. The user will either select or be assigned a username and password, for the secure retention and use of which the user shall be personally responsible. The service collects user interest profiles by following the clicks on content and content topic profiles according to ontological analysis.
These profiles are used to provide:

- Recommendations of users according to personal interests
- Recommendations of users according to topics of currently viewed content
- Recommendations of content according to topics of currently viewed content
- Clickable tag cloud of the users’ own personal interests
