Kristian Möller
My name is Kristian Möller, I am a Professor of Marketing at the Helsinki School of Economics and the Director of Service Factory, a joint center of excellence of the Aalto University (a new 'innovation university' combining Helsinki School of Economics, University of Technology, and University of Applied Arts and Design). My fileds of interest are 'networked value creation'; i.e., business networks, innovation networks, and value co-creation in services. I believe in combining rigorous research and relevance; its tough but important. As one of the co-organizers of the MCPC // 2009 I wellcome you all to engage in the interactive cocreation of a succesful conference.
